Looks nice, but the guy thats supposed to maintain the place would rather collect a paycheck then do any work, and thats when hes actually there. Which is VERY rarely. Even the smallest repair or upkeep he says he will do and never does.The residence have to keep chasing him till they give up out of frustration. The residence dont even get wifi which is ridiculous seeing you can get it everywhere in town except there for some reason.
