This was my first time buying a property, so I didn't have much knowledge on the whole process, but Tim was able explain everything very clearly and provide all my options in a way that was easy to understand. There was an unusual aspect of our property, which made the financing a little trickier, so Tim put in a lot of extra work to make sure that everything went smoothly and on time. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
