Very rude Ms. CROCKETT. I kept explaining that I applied in 2022 for Homestead exemption but it hasn't been applied. But she kept saying 'No you didn't '. I finally said 'I'm not lying ' to which she snapped 'I didn't say you were lying '. I replied 'you keep saying i didn't apply when I say i did'. She said 'I'm getting my supervisor!'. Her attitude was pissy from the start. I hope no one ever else gets her to help them. She has no business working with public.
This place is epitome of incompetence. The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude, I wish I had caught her name. They send me a tax bill over 3 years old! Why am I just not getting it!
The wait time is so bad, I was wondering if I was at the DMV.
As much as taxes have gone up someone should be able to answer the phone.
