Absolutely terrible service to the homeowners.
I have worked with Misty at York for about 15 years. For her to be unpleasant, the person complaining about her must have been highly annoying herself! Misty is extremely talented, gets along with both Board Members and Association Members, and she almost single-handedly handles all accounting related matters for her many clients.
