literally never picks up the phone or calls you back terrible company

Très déçu du logiciel qui n'est pas auto-apprenant, il faut passer par le service développement qui n'intervient que si on a gros volume de factures pour faire des modifications. Et pourtant j'en traite presque 700 par mois. Au vu du coût je ne recommande pas ce logiciel. Merci du retour, j'ai déjà contacté le service support qui me dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire car le nombre de factures qui rencontrent des problèmes n'est pas suffisant...
This is basically a spam company. Somehow they get your mail and send you spam, unsubscribing does not work.
We are SME business and we decided to go with Yooz to support our invoice digitalisation process and automated accounting. The overall experience is a disaster with thousands of euros sent to the bin. The integration with our accounting system A3 was poor and never fully worked, support was never able to resolve to a satisfactory result. The invoice registration automation is not great, you need quite some time to adjust and correct. Some fields are consistently not filled correctly.
