Very thorough initial visit - was very impressed!
This place is wonderful! Carmen and Sophie made the experience go so quickly! I thought I was just being numbed but actually Carmen was also injecting the Sculptra and in minutes I was done! This is now my go-to place for skin treatments.
Carmen is fantastic. Knowledgeable, attentive, and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.
I have been going here for three months. During my most recent appointment I was refused service. They quoted some policy I had never heard of saying, "there's a 5 minute grace period, and if you are 10 minutes late we reschedule you." I had never heard about this policy before, and it seemed abnormally aggressive given the reality that life happens sometimes.
