Extremely unprofessional experience at Yonge & Wellness Massage Therapy. My mother arrived early for her appointment and was brought into the treatment room. After she had already undressed for treatment, the RMT entered and told her she would not receive the massage unless she paid a no-show fee for an appointment they claimed she missed. Discussing a billing dispute after a patient has already undressed and is in a vulnerable position is completely inappropriate. We had an amazimg time. The staff is very sweet and helpful. I recommend you check it out. I will certaiy come back.
As many other have said, I chose try this place based on the reviews. But it was very disappointing. Everything felt rushed, it wasn’t relaxing at all, the RMT wasn’t as good as some of the other places I tried in the past. Overall a negative first experience. Will not visit again.
