I had a very disappointing experience at this office. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but I was not seen until 4:15 PM. The front desk staff, particularly the secretary, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the visit. Before I could even meet with the attorney, I was required to pay a $100 fee upfront. I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, Monica. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. It was clear she lacked both proper training and basic customer service skills. Her immature behavior made the entire interaction unnecessarily stressful. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially from someone who is supposed to be the first point of contact for clients. I hope management addresses this issue seriously.
