If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the most uncomfortable, painful, and unprofessional massage I’ve ever received, and it left me not just physically worse off but emotionally shaken. I booked a 75-minute deep tissue massage and was quoted $130 over the phone. When I arrived, the “therapist” was awkward and seemed unsure of himself. Very good service, but because I had booked through ClassPass they canceled without offering a new spot. I booked again for an hour later so they wouldn't cancel. But it's a pretty terrible strategy, especially because they themselves don't accept cancelations!!
My wife and I just went for the first time. I had 45 min reflexology and she had 45 min deep tissue. We both loved it! (I actually fell asleep it was so relaxing) Will be back!
