YCFCU is a great place to do your banking. I had a hugely stupid and bizarre problem with another bank that somehow demanded action from YCFCU. Nikkita Thompson is the branch manager in downtown Davis. She was very generous, kind, helpful, and professional in getting my problem resolved—a problem that had nothing whatsoever to do with YCFCU. Big thank you to her and YCFCU for being in my corner!!!
i rarely ever write a review like this but i’m tired of people thinking they can act however they want and get away with it. i have been experiencing problems with my debit card. my card was misplaced and i tried to scan my card from my phone for a purchase and i put in the RIGHT pin. i KNOW my pin. i called this morning to talk to someone at the bank and get it figured out. i didn’t get her name, but from the second i explained my situation she was rude and unhelpful and treated me like i was stupid. she said my card was lo... read more
