Do Not trust anyone of these attorneys and their office staffs, including Carolyn Palumbo (Deputy District Attorney)! These people are jokes. They don't care about victims, period! Sad to say, they're supposed to protect the victims, but they only see it as business money wise! These people should be ashamed. How do these people sleep every night & go home to their family and pretend nothing happen? Just advising all the victims family to watch out for these ridiculous & unprofessionalism people. They are a complete JOKE! They do not care about the victims they’re supposed to represent.. only about getting paid.!! They even lied to us about the killer’s release date. I was told there would be no parole, and now, months later, I find out the killer is eligible for parole.. ?? something they kept from me and my family. That is cruel and unacceptable!!!! I was attacked while working on halloween and besides the assault my phone was smashed. Both assailants were arrested that night, charges were pressed, and was to occur. I was served a subpoena to testify as the victim. I was never interviewed or had a statement taken. The DA called me the day before the trial to say they didn't feel like going to trial. We can do better than this incompetent DA.
Unethical people who don't live in the county they serve.
I recently called DA's office and the person who answered my call was very patient as I explained my concerns. Very helpful and courteous!
