This company replied via email with "because we have incurred the expense of the domain there will be no refund remitted". I have had a website through yola since 2011. Love how easy it is to create your own website. Both free and premium templates are appealing, its super easy to customize website colors and fonts too. I have never had any billing issues with them. My only fear is this company going out of business and then my website is gone :( I hope that never happens.
They keep turning auto renewal back on for expensive services ($100+) even after you turn it off. They won't delete your account unless you e-mail them first and they give you the go around. Absolute scam.
