I saw Yoko today and she was able to pinpoint my problem areas within a matter of minutes. She was incredibly wise and knowledgeable about the body, mind and spirit, and gave me some very helpful advice and simple exercises that I can continue to use. Yoko really took her time, was completely present throughout the session, and came across as such a genuine and selfless person. I left feeling like she really understood what I needed. I can honestly say Yoko has helped me change my life! Whilst travelling, stayed in Mission Beach for a few days after long distance driving, I desperately needed a massage. I was experiencing a lot of physical & emotional pain from on going issues & was advised to go see Yoko. She is extremely busy & hard to get an appointment at short notice. Very relaxing and informative
Tojo is an amazing practitioner. She doesn’t just treat the problem she finds the cause, explains it clearly and then treats what needs to be treated. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She also demonstrated preventative exercises for me to take away Highly recommended
Feeling healed I came for a massage and I went home very satisfied, happy and looking forward to positive things in my life. Yoko not only untied the knots in my body but helped me to realise how to resolve the existing puzzles in my mind.
