Had a 90min deep tissue massage with Mia - it was perfect! Great technique, firm pressure, very attentive and communicated everything really well! I was so sore and tight from lots of training, and I walked out feeling great! Will be back for sure!
Highly recommend trying this place if you are wanting effective pain relief. I came here for the first time after experiencing excruciating pain in my neck. It felt like a severe cramp and was triggering shooting pain down my neck, shoulder and upper back randomly. Cedric took the time to explain to me what his treatment approach would be and why. After 90 mins I was able to walk out without fear of triggering another episode. I will definitely book in here again. Thanks Cedric!
I went in sore and came out sore. 24 hours later my body feels great. I went home and rested, taking it easy as Cedric - (hope I've got the right name) - really worked hard on my shoulder and back which I had stuffed moving house, followed by a good body massage.
