Yohanan Law advised me on structuring an LLC for my small business including tax issues. I contacted them because I felt my LLC was not as tax efficient as it could be. Their advice and connections with tax advisors saved me money. This firm is responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this firm. Timeliness was a major problem, and I often felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. My case was eventually left midway, which caused me considerable stress. The way I was treated during the process was also upsetting.
My experience with the service was extremely disappointing. Appointments were not handled on time, and delays became a recurring issue. I was also left feeling unsupported when my matter was not handled through to completion. The overall communication and treatment left a very negative impression.
