Tried to call the number just now,4:30pm but it says you are closed. My daughter ordered a Yogi Bo but the cover is too small.Can we get a bigger one? Great Product,Nice and Soft.
Awful customer service and even worse product it molded after a year and progressively got worse.. kept in clean dry space, took care of the product often. Yogibo did nothing to help the problem / situation except offer a discount on another one which I would never waste money on another one for it to happen again.. Very dissatisfied
Ordered 2 weeks ago, everything says it will ship in 5-10 days.....radio silence, no contact, when i call, they are ‘working on a route’ with no day, time, plan, but dont worry, it will be delivered ontime.....so unimpressed, tried to support local business, what a mistake
