Sonia had thought of everything. Our trip included guides around Peru and transportation. We were treated to curated ceremonies and meals with local food and local community members that added to all of the experience. We even toured Machu Picchu on the Autumnal equinox! Such enrichment of body, spirit, life, and soul sharing with such magical and loving humans and hearts. Sonia articulated a culturally enriched and awe inspiring experience for our entire family. I just got back from a Yogazonia retreat in gorgeous Costa Rica and can’t speak highly enough about it! Sonia did a wonderful job at putting together a memorable experience, while grounding us every morning and evening with yoga that was easy to follow, no matter what your experience level is. One of the best parts is not having to think too much, but being able to go along for the ride that included great food, adventures, and transportation in between that was all part of the cost of the package. This was a life altering trip. Sonia’s ability to attract beautiful, like-hearted people and loving, knowledgeable guides, and her wonderful organizational skill made this trip a smooth, pleasant flow. Her mindful, patient way of adjusting to our needs as they came up was reassuring. In short, she really lives the yoga life. If you find Sonia's classes to be fulfilling, you are going to find her vacations downright MAGICAL!!
