I just got back from a Yogazonia retreat in gorgeous Costa Rica and can’t speak highly enough about it! Sonia did a wonderful job at putting together a memorable experience, while grounding us every morning and evening with yoga that was easy to follow, no matter what your experience level is. Just as she does with our daily stretching, Sonia managed to share a technique and mindset to approach every experience (whether coming to the mat or riding a camel out for a night of camping in the Great Sahara) a little deeper, a little fuller--and always painless. Her trips are inspiring, each detail thoughtful attended to, and group needs met without sacrificing the freedom of your individual journey. Traveling with Yogazonia has been amazing. Costa Rica and Morocco were both incredible trips with yoga wrapped nicely around the daily itinerary. Sonia took care of everything and had extra options from which each of us could choose to individualize our experiences. Highly recommend!
Yogazonia aka Sonia is a talented, amazing, kind hearted woman who arranged and provided such an amazing beautiful space in Costa Rica at Cabuya Lodge. She worked hard to coordinate the needs and wants of 14 people! She helped arrange fun filled excursions for us all. From riding the ATV’s to zip lining, hiking, horseback riding and more.
