This mat is perfect for my regular Bikram practice! It provides just enough cushion without the slip, and feels much better than the bulky WAY mat/towel recommended by my Bikram studio. I use a yoga sweat towel on top and spray it down once a week with a tee tree infused spray. In the summer, I teach beach yoga and it works much better than a traditional mat or beach towel. An eco-consious and ethical company with a product that is durable and beautiful. I have 2 Yogasana mats, and have found them to be such a compliment to my practice and my values. Take a look into the craftsmanship that goes into one mat! A dying art! Highly recommended.

I love my yogasana mat - It's warm and cozy, and feels like home to me. (I do use a rubber sticky mat underneath it when I'm practicing on a wood floor, as it can slip around a bit). I like this mat so much I'm thinking about buying another one so I can have one for home and one to take with me. =)

Ever since getting my first Yogasana mat, I realized this was more than just a choice in mats - it was a choice in how I was going to approach my practice. I have never felt more connected to the universe around me than once I moved away from synthetic materials and consumerism, and toward companies like Yogasana.
