We had a great session the morning post wine tour. Deacon was on time, friendly, respectful, and did a great job accommodating our group of 12 with varying skill levels. I would definitely recommend booking with him!

I’ve practiced yoga here, was treated with corrective movement therapy, gotten a heavenly massage, acupuncture, and a plant based facial. Well Sonoma is very Sonoma County and well-being focused. The yoga: the teachers here are so knowledgeable. They teach with your body’s longevity in mind first. I took a class with Deacon and it felt fantastic. Deacon brings yoga in a way that is accesible for everybody, whether a beginner or experienced student. He instructs with precision and offers different ways to get into a posture so that one can connect, stretch, strengthen, feel better regardless of their level. YogaOne is an amazing family of teachers, healers, and friends. I interviewed with owner, Deacon Carpenter, four years ago on the couch in the lounge and the authenticity and comfort we shared in that first meeting continues to permeate the entire adventure.
