Kate is a lovely person and a great yoga instructor. I love that her yoga is centred around getting the energy flowing again. It was a beautiful experience!
I have attended 2 yoga sessions . The space is welcoming and safe and kate has a gentle spirit and loving guidance through practices that Im unfamiliar with. My body and mind is feeling much better for attending.🧡
Kate is very warm & welcoming of people of all levels (including beginners). My mind is always extremely at ease during and after her classes, and I always leave far happier than how I arrived.
Kate is a wonderful teacher, classes are always beneficial and she provides a welcoming space where you always feel comfortable and supported. Highly recommend her classes for your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
I treated myself to a group yoga massage session and absolutely loved it. Kate offers a beautiful, supportive practice that allows you to completely submerge yourself in the experience
