Kym has an understanding and knowledge that helped me . I lost extra baby weight, it took a couple of years but she is the best teacher I have had. Her expertise and genuine personal touch helped me achieve self awareness and self knowledge beyond anything I could do in a gym(had a 3 yr gym membership that I never used🤔) My tripetaka.
