Yoga therapy ohio has helped me so much!! I have neck and back issues and she has given me so many different exercises to help. I currently am doing relaxation techniques which are highly needed being a sole, working parent. Wendy is kind, caring and super knowledgeable, She is always on schedule which is huge. She was able to point out things just by looking at me that doctors took years to find. Highly highly recommended for both relaxation and pain relief or just overall balance in your life.
Wendy is a knowledgeable and incredible yoga teacher, therapist and mentor. I continue to learn so much when I work with her individually. As a person living in a younger body with a sacrum injury, she knows how to tailor the practice to my body. I highly recommend her!
