Christine has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very patient and caring and was extremely easy to talk to from the very beginning. She took the time to really customize a practice to what would be the most beneficial for me given my goals / concerns, and the breath work techniques she taught me as well as yoga nidra recordings she created for me are ones I continue to go back to as needed. I would highly recommend Yoga Therapy Associates!

Christine Saari is a wonderful yoga teacher and I was excited to work with her in her yoga therapy practice. She takes the time to really listen and understand what is going on and built a practice to specifically address my autoimmune condition. Our sessions in person were restorative and enjoyable. I have a lot of tools to use on my own, but also look forward to working with Christine in the future as my needs change.

I worked with Christine for 9 months, and my physical, mental and emotional state truly transformed along with therapy! She's very knowledgeable on the body, trauma, and made me super comfortable. I learned so many new practices to fight stress, depression, insomnia. My body is more regulated now then it has been in years. Highly recommend!
