I highly recommend Christine Saari! Christine provided amazing yoga therapy including breath work, stretching, and poses. Helped with my anxiety and tight spots. Her knowledge and expertise was extremely helpful and informative. I appreciated the time together and the homework. It allowed me to keep practicing long after our sessions stopped. I will definitely return for more therapy in the future!
Christine at Yoga Therapy Associates is a kind and empathetic soul. She meets you where you are on your journey and applies practical tools that fit easily into your lifestyle. Christine has lots of patience and a variety of modalities to help calm the nervous system and work on regulation. I enjoyed my time working with Christine and highly recommend.
I really enjoyed my time working with Christine at Yoga Therapy Associates. She is so kind, understanding, and empathetic and worked to develop custom practices that worked for me and my body. I didn't have to be worried about saying something didn't work for me, she always had many other options to try. Sara did a short practice for a support group I am in, and she was extremely nice as well!

Christine met me where I was at and provided support, encouragement and a personalized mindful practice to incorporate into my daily routine.
