I really enjoyed my time working with Christine at Yoga Therapy Associates. She is so kind, understanding, and empathetic and worked to develop custom practices that worked for me and my body. I didn't have to be worried about saying something didn't work for me, she always had many other options to try. Sara did a short practice for a support group I am in, and she was extremely nice as well!
I’m very thankful I found Yoga Therapy and Associates during a difficult time in my life. Christine met me where I was at and provided support, encouragement and a personalized mindful practice to incorporate into my daily routine. I came to Yoga Therapy and Associates with crippling anxiety and depression - working with Christine gave me hope and tools to help myself. I can’t thank them enough!
The experience has been great so far, Christine is an excellent therapist. She makes you feel comfortable inside and out! Her expertise is awesome! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a therapist!
Christine is so kind and caring! She helped me with some nerve/muscle pain in my neck/upper back that I was struggling with on the daily. We did some yoga poses and breathing exercises specifically to target my problem areas! She’s wonderful, and very informative, as is yoga therapy in general! I say this all as a yoga teacher myself! It is great, and I highly recommend you try yoga therapy!
Christine has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very patient and caring and was extremely easy to talk to from the very beginning. She took the time to really customize a practice to what would be the most beneficial for me given my goals / concerns, and the breath work techniques she taught me as well as yoga nidra recordings she created for me are ones I continue to go back to as needed. I would highly recommend Yoga Therapy Associates!
