Christine is so kind and caring! She helped me with some nerve/muscle pain in my neck/upper back that I was struggling with on the daily. We did some yoga poses and breathing exercises specifically to target my problem areas! She’s wonderful, and very informative, as is yoga therapy in general! I say this all as a yoga teacher myself! It is great, and I highly recommend you try yoga therapy!

Christine has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very patient and caring and was extremely easy to talk to from the very beginning. She took the time to really customize a practice to what would be the most beneficial for me given my goals / concerns, and the breath work techniques she taught me as well as yoga nidra recordings she created for me are ones I continue to go back to as needed. I would highly recommend Yoga Therapy Associates!

Sara and Christine are incredible partners to work with. Whenever I work with them I end up feeling better (even when that is not the goal). They have endless insight into yoga tools to help you recover and make long term changes.

Christine Saari is a wonderful yoga teacher and I was excited to work with her in her yoga therapy practice. She takes the time to really listen and understand what is going on and built a practice to specifically address my autoimmune condition. Our sessions in person were restorative and enjoyable. I have a lot of tools to use on my own, but also look forward to working with Christine in the future as my needs change.

Christine created a program to suit my individual needs and it was wonderful. The breathing techniques she taught me are invaluable and I will use them for years to come. I would recommend her to anyone needing a custom yoga and meditation routine.
