I’ve been to the Ashram for two different retreats and both times I have left with sense of rejuvenation and peace. It’s a wonderful place to recenter.
It’s a stunning little get away place. I went alone for some quiet time and a break from hectic work life. Absolutely loved all the karma yogis, they are very kind, great chefs and great managers. The food is simple but delicious. I have a shared room and the view was great. I did the OM hike, witnessed two deers and a couple of birds. The forest is absolutely calm and peaceful. This is great place for meditation, yoga and spiritual retreat. It is very peaceful and serene. There is a special energy for meditation. Also great place to meet other spiritual seekers. Highly recommend.
