Every time I finish one of Raji's Yin Yoga classes, my body has the same relaxed feeling as it does after a massage. And my mind is completely calmed. Her guided sessions with 15 mins of breath work, 45 mins of yoga and 15 mins of meditation take me worlds away from my hectic and stressful working-mum life. She has a knack for knowing which body parts we seem to need working on for the week. She has a lovely soothing voice that makes my hurried brain pause and start afresh. 10/10
I recently did breathwork classes with Raji and absolutely loved it! Raji is very experienced and keeps each class interesting. Highly recommend
I love the classes offered by Raji at Yoga My Love. Raji is the embodiment of empathy and kindness. Her studio is a safe place. Yoga My Love has been a haven for me. It is the "self care" I never have time for. I grow and improve a little each time. My body, mind and spirit and grateful for this place.
Raji is a beautiful person. Her classes are good for the soul.
