Absolutely Brilliant! Laura’s sound healing is the real deal she is highly trained and it makes all the difference. If you struggle with anxiety/depression or tension in your neck and shoulders this is the solution!

Laura is an incredibly gifted yoga teacher, whose classes leave you feeling more connected with both your inner and outer self. I feel so relaxed and inspired after practising yoga with her, and the sound baths are nothing short of transcendent. If you need to get out of your worries and focus on things that matter, Laura's gentle and supportive teaching will help you in ways you wouldn't have believed. I wish I could give her more stars.
Beautiful experience in a sound bath healing class with Laura. The location was incredible and Laura had a way of making you feel calm and relaxed from beginning until the end. The sounds really ignited total peace throughout the body.
