We’ve been using yocum now, three years now She never calls to update you on any new information or information that the courts need she never answers her phone. She don’t reply back to emails when you call and ask for updates and tell her you’ve lost everything in this process and all she has to say is, I’m sorry it takes time I get it takes time but there’s no way three years almost 4 years in.
