These tellers tell you your only allowed a certain amount of cash, trying to say all others are the same..Even the ATM drive through is always broken..Its going on a week now,.got to go travel downtown to use their ATM..which is scary cause its downtown..
Other than switching their affiliation with other credit unions the in-bank services are excellent. They were Algoma Steel Credit Union then Community first Credit Union and now Your Neighbourhood Credit Union. Each time the cheques I had were useless because the coding on them were no longer valid. However like I mentioned above the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. It's a good place to do banking..
Every time I go into the bank the staff is always friendly and helpful. As for the drive through bank machine. Most of the time it's broken or out of money. Very inconvenient.
