WITHHELD MY CHILD FROM ME when I went to pick him up for behavior issues in the middle of my work day because my ex couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone. The inept counselor singled my child out and wrote him up because he said "self deprecating things." The inept counselor pressed me on this, when I was in a rush, unhappy, and clearly communicated a boundary that I was not in a place to talk, was autistic, and struggled with surprise pressure when already stressed becauseof work. Great afterschool program. Staff is great and my child loves the afterschool activities, especially the arts and craft projects!
The employees here seem to really care about the children. They keep me informed on what’s going on with my child.
