Manager Christy is running this place Into the ground! Horrible representation of what a manager should be like. Especially since management replicates her behaviors. CHANGE MANAGEMENT THIS IS WHY YOUR LOOSING MEMBERSHIPS.
This review is for MEY swim team, Coach Alexis is so great she takes lots of effort to teach young swimmers the technique and skills needed to be a better athlete. I was so impressed seeing her using a white board to give clear instructions it's a great thought. Mostly every other place we use white board to communicate the instructions. I never saw at a swimming pool where you need it. As inside the water it's hard to hear the voice and white board instructions stayed in your mind for a long long time. Best wishes MEY
