Beware!! This establishment is so rude and unprofessional. If you ever want to cancel your membership it is near impossible. It has taken them over a year and I am still being charged. Katie promised me she was canceling my membership and refunding me $250 and never did. Instead I was charged the whole time Terry at the front desk made excuses for the manager Katie...she said she is so busy and has so many better things to do that are very important. I drive 15 minutes to get here because I like the Y more than the one closer to me, however it’s not listed anywhere that they’re currently working on the pools this week and the basketball court.. this is my second time in a row making to trip to the gym only to realize the specific facility I want to use are closed. When you’re working on things please post this info on your website, and or around the ymca so that people know what’s going on when they walk in at the least.
