The front desk staff are rude, especially the older short woman with glasses. Even after I canceled my family's Y membership, they continued charging us for an extra year. They only refunded four months from this year and refused to refund the eight months of overcharges from last year. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility.I would give 0 star if I can.
