My name is Samantha, I was asking for help to unload a heavy wooden dresser , a tattooed heavy set lady was using inappropriate language and harassing my 3 year old boy. I went to complain but nothing happened I was ignored. This occurred on a Sunday after we came from church. Additionally to resolve the issue with the disrespectful tattoo lady the front of the store , it had such stench smelled like urine everywhere it was so awful in the store I almost puked.
