I appreciate the efforts of YMCA in sharing job opportunities and providing resources for job seekers. However, I feel that the current process could be improved. Currently, job listings are sent via PDF every day or every alternate day, which often include positions that are also available on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals. After having 10 years of experience in IT as a UX designer, I haven’t found a single relevant job in the PDF listings. The staff are very friendly and provided all the information I needed. I visited for a specific purpose and got everything I required from the consultant. The office has a dynamic and welcoming environment .. you can really feel the energy there.
Not a worth to waste your time coming here. Reception people just want to sit and talk with their colleagues rather than helping out.
