This review is for MEY swim team, Coach Alexis is so great she takes lots of effort to teach young swimmers the technique and skills needed to be a better athlete. I was so impressed seeing her using a white board to give clear instructions it's a great thought. Mostly every other place we use white board to communicate the instructions. I never saw at a swimming pool where you need it. As inside the water it's hard to hear the voice and white board instructions stayed in your mind for a long long time. Best wishes MEY
