The pool. Is cool
They have some Les Mills certified instructors (body pump and spin) and those classes are ideal.
If you’re coming to an afternoon spin class plan to be here at least 30 mom early and have a plan b to workout in case you STILL don’t get a bike.
Really wish the pool hours were better!!!
Worst swim hours ever
Amelia's classes are the best! She will kick your booty! :)
Pool is only open from 1130-1 and then again at 4
