The girl that attended me was very rude in top of that they lied to me about my refund they told on the day of my appointment that it was going to be direct deposit now she told me that I never gave her my info I said I didn't because you told me that you had all the info then she tried to change the subject again and said because of the amount of the refund it got mailed out I said still I haven' received anything and the amount doesn't matter same amount got direct deposit on my account last year. I’ve done my taxes 2 years now at YM taxes, both times I was helped by Jennifer, who was amazing! but honestly everyone there is very friendly and professional. Thought I was going to owe money but was pleasantly surprised with a great return! Thank you to all the girls over at YM taxes! See you next tax season
I was very satisfied with the service Jennifer provided in preparing my taxes. The office was very accommodating and efficient in every way. Jennifer had my taxes done in a timely manner and I must say her professionalism was outstanding!!!. I will definitely be coming back next year !
