I spent , 3 years with ylopo, over all good platform at the beginning. However the AI system is outdated , there re other platforms where the AI responses to customers are more personal , instead of one size fits all message. The Worst of Ylopo is during the sales call they mislead you and let you believe that you after your first term you are on a month to month contract. As a past user of Tigerlead, I had high expectations. Signed up for ylopo AI texting to merge with CINC. Onboarding has been a nightmare. Unmet expectations left and right. Horrible communication from LC Reyes

Caitlin Gardner was great to work with! We are leaving Ylopo for a new CRM that has an integrated IDX, but their platform has been a pleasure to work with over the last 5 years. We are not leaving because of them. All the best Caitlin!

10/10 do NOT recommend. Listen, I understand leads provide wrong numbers, fake names, and bogus emails. YLOPO told me upfront that will happen. Approximately 40% of the "leads" I received were confirmed wrong number. Very high, and that's people I spoke to who told me the number was wrong. Again, I get it, there's no way around that unless numbers are verified. My issue is around poor communication, missed meetings, and unresponsiveness to emails.
