Was do nice and kind. Went in all stiff and after many elbows... I feel so much better. I do want to say if you have never had a massage remember to tip. Some very horrible person while I was there got a $80 massage and only tipped him $1.00. She was also mistreating him. This is a great place and if it is too hard for you just ask for a little lighter but they get deep into the muscle to get all the knots out.
Always a great massage. It can be noisy as it is located in the Food Court, but after a few minutes -the sound fades away. This is an intense massage and you may feel sore after....but so worth it. I have gone after a migraine or if I am feeling under the weather and I always feel much improved and more like myself after.
