If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, they don't take insurance. I had a horrible time getting receipts that were correctly coded for me to be able submit to insurance on my own. Had to call their "supposed" billing dept. many times but no one ever picked up the phone. There is a recording that says if you text then someone would get back to you in a few days. Dr. Wu is an exceptional acupuncturist and wellness doctor, utilizing the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is caring and listens intently, focusing on the best treatment for each person. She has effectively managed several medical/wellness concerns for me and for my family where traditional medicine has been unable to do so. Dr. Wu is so knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly kind! I have been seeing her for over a year now and she has made significant improvements in my health and wellness. Through her acupuncture and TCM treatments, we have gotten my migraines and anxiety under control. She has also been a wonderful support during my pregnancy as well, from the very beginning through managing my symptoms! I cannot recommend her enough.
This is my first time to write a review on google. Dr Wu is a beautiful soul with very sharp observation that empowers her magical skills. She uses her heart to treat her patients and the outcomes are immediate you can feel right away. She cured my mom’s back pain through one time visit. She is caring, loving and not money driven.
