I have been seeing Cathy for over 3 years and she has been absolutely incredible, helping me to get my energy back after having long COVID initially (what brought me to her), and later with my general wellbeing and stress management. Whatever I have presented with, Cathy has adapted her treatments as needed and helped to get me back on my feet - she truly is amazing at what she does. On top of that, Cathy is friendly and compassionate and I am very grateful to have found her. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I attended Cathy through a referral from a friend and I can honestly say, she is a godsend! She not only helped to cure my pregnancy nausea, which I was unable to keep at bay prior to seeing her, but she also went out of her way to provide me with so much information and knowledge in relation to various topics I was interested in. I started going to see Cathy in March this year. She is very knowledgeable and listens to your medical history in her beautiful, calming relaxing studio. My stress levels have lowered massively since I started seeing her and I have had less migraines and she also cleared up another health issue for me. I cannot recommend Cathy enough 🥰
