I have been seeing Cathy for over 3 years and she has been absolutely incredible, helping me to get my energy back after having long COVID initially (what brought me to her), and later with my general wellbeing and stress management. Whatever I have presented with, Cathy has adapted her treatments as needed and helped to get me back on my feet - she truly is amazing at what she does. On top of that, Cathy is friendly and compassionate and I am very grateful to have found her. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I attended Cathy through a referral from a friend and I can honestly say, she is a godsend! She not only helped to cure my pregnancy nausea, which I was unable to keep at bay prior to seeing her, but she also went out of her way to provide me with so much information and knowledge in relation to various topics I was interested in. I will be referring all of my friends and family and will be back for sure!! THANK YOU CATHY!

Cathy has been absolutely phenomenal ever since I injury my back & have ongoing chronic back pain as well as anxiety. My acupuncture sessions have really made a huge difference my anxiety levels are much lower, & my back spasms have been less frequent. I highly recommend Yin Studio.
