I have been seeing Cathy for over 3 years and she has been absolutely incredible, helping me to get my energy back after having long COVID initially (what brought me to her), and later with my general wellbeing and stress management. Whatever I have presented with, Cathy has adapted her treatments as needed and helped to get me back on my feet - she truly is amazing at what she does. On top of that, Cathy is friendly and compassionate and I am very grateful to have found her. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Cathy has been absolutely phenomenal ever since I injury my back & have ongoing chronic back pain as well as anxiety. My acupuncture sessions have really made a huge difference my anxiety levels are much lower, & my back spasms have been less frequent. I highly recommend Yin Studio.
I started going to see Cathy in March this year. She is very knowledgeable and listens to your medical history in her beautiful, calming relaxing studio. My stress levels have lowered massively since I started seeing her and I have had less migraines and she also cleared up another health issue for me. I cannot recommend Cathy enough 🥰
Cathy is an experienced practitioner and supported me with acupuncture for IVF, pregnancy and preparing for the birth for my first baby.
