We brought 12 people here with no one at the establishment. One guy working the whole place. The drinks were missing standard items (crystal boba in a crystal boba drink) and sugar % requests were not followed. No towels or soap in the bathroom and no napkins in the dining area.
I’m not sure what was in the lemon tea, but it tasted very strange, almost chemical-like(?) I am not so sure. After having two sips, I ended up throwing it away because I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it and didn’t want to get sick. I hope the owner pays closer attention to product consistency and quality control. Unfortunately, this place has made it onto my do-not-go list. It’s so disappointing because it used to be my go-to spot for fruit tea with my wife.
Honestly I use to love going here for the fruit tea but now the quality has definitely gone down hill. Went to go order the drink on the kiosk and the employee saw us ordering and the entire time the kiosk machine was down. Waited for a good 15 to 20 mins and when I went up he was like the order didn't come in. Honestly if you knew the kiosk didn't work why wouldn't you say something to your customers.
