Their brown sugar latte and pearl milk tea are also standout choices, with chewy, flavorful boba that never disappoints. The service is always friendly, and the space is cozy, though seating can be limited during peak hours . Love that they offer customizable sweetness levels, so every drink is just right.

Came here a lot, but quality been worsening since new owner/management. Drinks don't taste the same, which is a shame as this is the closest Yifang. I miss the old Chinese team. They always made their drinks consistently the same.
Looks like they changed owners. Super slow!! waited too long just for a regular bubble tea. The girls seems like they don’t know what they're doing. Won’t be coming back.
My favorite place to come for milk tea! Perfect balance I can taste the tea and the peals are always soft and sweet. Have a lot of variety I’ll come here often <333
