我在2025年8月18号与易医生沟通了我的症状 她在了解我的病情后 确定我是阴虚 需要补津液 起初给我几个食疗方案 我按照医生的要求用苹果一个 山楂4-5 片 生姜煮水喝 也就是坚持了两天 明显感觉总有唾液在嘴里分泌并想要下咽的感觉 另外明显改善了便秘 最关键的是改变了睡眠 现在可以从10pm 睡到6am 之前是每隔一个小时就要醒一次 而且盗汗严重怕热 食疗一周明显得到改善后于9 月4日来到了诊所 进行了针灸和艾灸还有舌诊后 医生给我开了2周的中药 现在喝了一周后我自己可以看到舌苔的变化逐渐变好。另外我是糖尿病患者 在吃中药后减少了西药的计量 而且可以大胆的吃一些碳水化合物和甜品 测量血糖竟然是下降的趋势 真的是很神奇 那种开心无法形容 我会坚持下去 易医生说我们共同的目标是把西药停了 这对于我来说是奢望 希望有一天会梦想成真。 真诚的推荐给大家 现在我是彻彻底底的被折服 ！感恩遇到易医生！（自从8月18号到现在 我每天都会用不同的配方熬补津液的水从未间断过）还有每天5分钟的金刚座！分享给需要改善健康的朋友！感恩遇到！

The most amazing experience. I had a chronic illness for the better part of 10 years. Suffering debilitating pain and limited mobility.
