She claimed she sent it to me and it never happened, by the time she resent it, it was late, after it was signed and sent back, she recalled it, then she ended up ignoring my emails, phone call, and neither her or Eric apologized for any of it until I asked to speak to a Supervisor after weeks of being ignored.
