Worst customer service ever at an enterprise level. Our contract states we should be responded to within 8 hours and provided 6 direct contacts. Yet, we can't even get anyone to answer our emails or support tickets within days. Our reps do not contact us themselves nor seem to care. We pay for a service and have no way to get in contact with this company when there's issues on their end that need resolved. Unacceptable.
They tied us into a yearly contract with no way to get out of it even though that part of our business is going out of business. There was no way to scale back as most of our clients were scaling back and we were on the hook for costs on items we were no longer getting revenue on. They would work with us in no way at all to help us navigate a difficult time in our own business or allow us to go to a month to month basis. Disappointing to say the least.
