Company is a joke. wont let me cancel till after 30 days of buying so they can charge me again and literally did nothing for me not even one lead. I do not suggest using this for your business. high do not recommend
They make it very complicated to cancel and when you request cancelation, they either don't respond or you get a run around. If I don't hear back from them within 24 hours, I will contact the New York State Attorney General's office.

KRISTY WOODRING gave the worst customer experience ever! The unprofessionalism she perform was not the standard Yext is known of. She talks in a condescending tone with no lack of understanding of my needs. She is not a good look to keep on staff.
