I had a very disappointing experience at this care home. The manager was rude, racist, often shouting at the staff, and used their past work history to insult them. Some of the staff were very lazy, not liking to do their work and often complaining. They seemed to be in support of the manager, contributing to a discriminatory and unprofessional environment. Yew Tree Nursing Home is more than just a care facility; it's a loving community. The staff genuinely care for the residents and treat them with dignity and respect. My mother enjoys the varied activities and loves spending time with the adorable resident pets. She feels safe and happy, and I have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands.
Fantastic place all staff excellent friendly would recomend to anyone wish my mom had gone sooner
