The people at this store are absolutely amazing. The service was so helpful, not just picking out my couches and finding the right fit for me. But getting delivery so soon? It was a week before the expected time. I was so happy. It was right before Christmas. And then the delivery drivers Ricardo and Anthony were so nice and so helpful. And then geselle at the store... Everyone is friendly. Had a problem with my chair they came out and took care of it. The guys that came out were great
I loved the service. They let me know when the delivery was on the way, called me when they arrived and did an amazing job putting my bedframe together. Most importantly they took the time to make sure it was put together right. They didn’t just slap it together and run out the door. 10/10 recommend
I've always been a little skeptical about renting to own any type of furniture or ebikes that was until I came across the Yes Store, Steve along with all the employees have been nothing but the best, I've been with them for a while now and I recommend these guys hands down my bedroom and my kids bedroom sets and our electric bikes and scooters are amazing I love the YesStore and will continue going to them because they make me feel like family ontop of everything else.
