I'm not sure if they are not aware of the mistake they made, but even if that's the case they could at least speak to it or consider it when given proof. No joke- 3 phones ahead of mine at the competitors repair all re work from bad experiences at Yes By'. Seriously, call any 2 other shops and they will give you the sa,e story.
