Very poor service
I submitted my bank account closure form 20 days ago as per customer care instructions to visit the nearest branch for account closure. However, my account is still not closed. I have already visited the branch two times, and each time the staff assured me that the account would be closed and that I would receive a confirmation call. However, no one has contacted me yet. Worst Bank service experience. Cannot link to gpay/paytm in partnership account. The relationship manager doesn’t have answers to questions. Most of the things not disclosed by the bank at the time of opening the account. The DGM doesn’t pick calls. Works slower than a govt bank. Won’t recommend to anyone.
