Very horrible staff no proper response as my account was freezed and I have visited the bank but they never responded to anything and said will give u update by evening will recommend no one to open the account as they don't no how to behave
Extremely frustrating experience with YES BANK! I have been using this bank for four years, but my account was frozen after transferring ₹50,000 to my own mother, citing a suspected transaction without a proper explanation. I was sent from one branch to another, including the head office, with no resolution. Out of frustration, I submitted all the required documents to close my account, but it is still not closed, and I cannot access my own money. Special thanks to Harshith Kumar for him excellent customer service, prompt support, and guidance. He was very patient and made the entire process smooth and comfortable.
